What we collect

• Account data: email address and authentication details via Supabase (email and OAuth).
• Billing data: Stripe customer ID, subscription status, and billing timestamps. We do not store full card details.
• Usage data: logins, feature usage, device/browser info, IP address, and timestamps.
• Journal content: trades, notes, tags, reflections, analytics inputs, and preferences you enter.
• Uploaded files: screenshots and other files you upload.
• AI inputs/outputs: data you send to AI features and the generated results.

How we use data

• Provide the core Service (journaling, analytics, storage, and account management).
• Process payments and manage subscriptions.
• Generate AI insights, summaries, and automation.
• Maintain security, prevent abuse, and debug issues.
• Communicate service updates or account notices.

AI processing

When you use AI features, your data may be sent to third-party AI providers for processing. This can include trade data, notes, and screenshots you choose to analyze. We do not claim to anonymize all AI inputs. Those providers process data under their own terms and policies.

Storage, security, and sharing

• Uploaded files are stored in private storage buckets and accessed via signed URLs.
• Access is restricted by account-level controls.
• We use industry-standard protections, but no system is perfectly secure.
• We do not sell your data.
• We share data only with Supabase (auth/storage), Stripe (billing), and AI providers (processing).

Your rights, retention, and location

You can request access, export, or deletion of your data. Account deletion is support-only; contact us and we will process the request within a reasonable timeframe. We retain data while your account is active, and may retain limited records for legal or operational reasons. We are based in Australia, and your data may be processed in Australia or other countries where our providers operate.
