Service and no financial advice

We provide a trading journal web app for logging trades, uploading screenshots, viewing analytics, and receiving AI-generated insights. The Service is analytical and educational only and does not provide financial advice. You are responsible for your trading decisions and results.

Your account and content

• You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure.
• You own the content you upload and grant us a limited license to host and process it to provide the Service.
• You must have the rights to any content you upload.

Billing and refunds

• Subscriptions are processed by Stripe and renew automatically until canceled.
• All sales are final. We do not offer refunds, except where required by law.
• You can manage billing through the Stripe customer portal.

AI outputs

AI outputs may be inaccurate or incomplete. You are responsible for reviewing AI results before relying on them.

Acceptable use and termination

• Do not misuse the Service, attempt to bypass security, or upload malicious content.
• We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
• You can stop using the Service at any time.

Availability, liability, and governing law

The Service is provided "as is". We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability and are not liable for indirect or consequential losses to the extent permitted by law. These Terms are governed by the laws of Australia.
